As the founder of the company, Mohd Hafiz with more than 15 years of experience in the sand extraction and mining industry has involved significantly in many projects mostly in Selangor. With his background in mechanical engineering and very own versatility is believe to strive continues excellence in accomplish goals in various projects awarded. Upon establishment of the company, he inspired the diversification into other disciplines particularly in the machineries and sand exporting division that enhanced the growth expansion of the company. On the other hand his also acts as the Managing Director post of Tupai Sari Sdn Bhd, being the majority shareholder of Maju Mulia Group Sdn. Bhd. 

 

Intan Hairunnisa Binti Salleh

Chief Operating Officer

Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Skudai. Her Dean List Award and strong analytical skills has granted her career in Oil and Gas Industry as Drilling Engineer in Schlumberger, a France based offshore drilling company. Exposed in well planning and drilling optimization especially in high profile collision issues. Has been assigned for several project in Brunei for Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) and in Vietnam for Japan Vietnam Petroleum Company (JVPC).

With the continuous excellence and exceptional contributions towards all the projects she has been offered an opportunity to serve Halliburton, an American based offshore drilling company as Senior Drilling Application Engineer. Doing collaboration and simulations for drilling analysis engaged in WELLSRTD (Wells Real Time Drilling) PETRONAS for projects in Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Dubai and America.

Along with wide breath of experience throughout the years she was then intriguing enough to be warrant position as Drilling Consultant in Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB). She was been granted with an Appreciation Letter from Dato’ Wee Yiaw Hin, Executive Vice President Exploration Production Bussiness of PETRONAS in recognition of writing a paper for Exploration and Production Success Story together and also in recognition as the main author for Society of Petroleum Engineer (SPE) in writing a paper for Comprehensive Rigsite Surveillance for Better Drilling Efficiency. The paper was selected to be presented at the Offshore Technology Conference Asia (OTC) held in Kuala Lumpur. She was then been granted with Maximizing Value-Added Performance (MVP) in recognition for the beyond expectation effort and truly exceptional performance by the management.  

Suhainry Bin Hj. Sumali

Chief Finance Officer

Suhainry Bin Hj. Sumali is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the railway industry. Suhainry began his career in 1997 as a NBCT Rail Sdn bhd. He has held various positions in the company, including Senior Railway Engineer and Principal Railway Engineer.

He graduates of the Kolej MARA Banting, Selangor, Malaysia, where he completed the MARA A-Level Program in 1992. He then went on to study at the Kolej MARA Tmn. Shamelin, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he completed the MARA BCHEM A-Level Program in 1994. He then obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accountancy Studies from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, in 1997.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Suhainry has also completed a number of professional courses, including the Executive Diploma in Railway Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2005, and the Financial Modelling for Engineering Finance course in 2010. He is also a member of the Permanent Way Institution Malaysia.

He is a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a proven track record of success in the railway industry. He is also a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong commitment to excellence. He is a valuable asset to KTMB and to the Malaysian railway industry as a whole.
